Responsibilities
- Execute routine system monitoring and performance diagnostics for the Albuquerque office.
- Resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff and external clients.
- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets with a focus on timely resolution.
- Perform on-site maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Ensure data security protocols are followed during weekend operations.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to document recurring issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional IT support experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation required for on-site duties.
