Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via remote channels and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve complex user tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve recurring system bugs.
- Ensure strict data privacy and security compliance during all support interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and basic Linux commands.
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple incoming requests.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
