Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to internal and external customers via phone and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during peak weekend hours.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs.
- Ensure all support tickets are closed within SLA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
