Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for onsite and remote clients.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets with a 95%+ first-call resolution rate.
- Perform system maintenance and software updates during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to document complex issues and resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff on new tools and protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of all technical interactions and system performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
