Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Guide users through complex technical processes with patience and clarity.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to improve support processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or tech sales.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
