Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and remote access during weekend shifts.
- Log, track, and manage all customer support tickets in our CRM system with high accuracy and urgency.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team to resolve complex escalated issues.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform basic maintenance to ensure optimal service availability.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical procedures and common resolutions.
- Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and network troubleshooting protocols.
