- Resolve incoming customer inquiries and technical issues via phone and email with professionalism and speed.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and software navigation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work options.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift changes.
