In this role, you will work within a collaborative environment to maintain our core infrastructure and deploy critical updates during our peak operational hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test new software features and applications specifically for weekend operational needs.
- Perform system maintenance, debugging, and performance optimization on weekends.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to analyze ticket queues and prioritize high-impact tasks.
- Ensure all code deployments meet strict security and compliance standards.
- Document technical specifications and update technical knowledge bases.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia office.
