Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of our network infrastructure during off-peak hours.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
