Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during weekend shifts.
- Manage weekend inventory and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of new hardware for clients.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless coverage and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of networking, computer peripherals, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
