Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts during weekend hours.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and security.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
