Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage server maintenance, patching, and system backups during the weekend window.
- Respond to and resolve critical IT service tickets with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Perform routine security audits and monitor system performance to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team during shift handovers to ensure seamless operations.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical setup of equipment if necessary.
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to the weekend schedule.
