Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health and perform routine maintenance during off-peak hours.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within SLA standards.
- Conduct system backups and data integrity checks.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation is required.
