Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage ticket resolution queues and ensure timely responses during weekend operations.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor server performance and report anomalies to the Systems Administrator.
- Collaborate with the team to improve IT processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (e.g., Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
