Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks and batch processing with 99.9% accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Analyze incoming data sets to identify trends, errors, or anomalies for the Monday-Friday team.
- Generate and distribute weekly performance reports and operational summaries.
- Maintain and update the central database systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with the core weekday team to ensure seamless transitions and data handovers.
- Assist in the implementation of new software tools and quality assurance testing during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Access.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work rotating weekend schedules (Saturday/Sunday).
