Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
