Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Respond to and resolve technical issues during weekend shifts with SLA adherence
- Execute scheduled system updates, backups, and security patches
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex incident resolution
- Document all operational activities and maintain accurate incident logs
- Conduct weekend system performance optimization and capacity planning
- Support weekend client deployments and special project rollouts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT operations or system administration experience
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows server environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network and application diagnostics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred
- Availability to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
