We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running. You will be the guardian of our systems during non-peak hours, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage system infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime during weekend shifts.
- Resolve technical support tickets and troubleshoot user issues with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and software updates outside of peak hours.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure continuity and document issues.
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate with on-call personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
