Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend night shifts
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets within SLA targets
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and escalations in CRM systems
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex issue resolution
- Conduct system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Train and mentor junior support staff during shift overlaps
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience or relevant certification
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and network troubleshooting
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and client interactions
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Flexible availability for Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
