Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and network connectivity during night operations.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to evening and night shift clients.
- Perform routine data entry, report generation, and system maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all security protocols and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over tickets and ensure seamless continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, specifically Friday through Sunday nights.
