Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users with speed and accuracy.
- Ticket Management: Handle a high volume of incoming support tickets via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance during peak weekend hours.
- User Assistance: Provide friendly, patient, and professional guidance to non-technical users regarding IT policies and procedures.
- Equipment Management: Receive, inspect, and distribute IT assets and peripherals.
- Incident Reporting: Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for audit and review.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse users.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote support software (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
