Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on speed and accuracy.

- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure weekend operations run seamlessly.
Qualifications
