Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical tickets reported by internal staff efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and servers to ensure uptime.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks for weekend arrivals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical field.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of network connectivity, Wi-Fi configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
