Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server health and network infrastructure during off-hours.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Collaborate with the Monday–Friday team to ensure seamless knowledge handovers.
- Respond to critical system alerts and emergencies in a timely, professional manner.
- Conduct periodic audits of IT assets and inventory.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first service orientation.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating basis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
