Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal employees and external clients via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates on weekend shifts.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
