As part of our elite technical team, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring business continuity and user satisfaction during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform on-site workstation setups, printer configurations, and peripheral installations.
- Monitor server and network infrastructure for potential issues.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to ensure seamless coverage.
- Conduct regular security audits and software updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware components and peripheral devices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- A+ Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
