Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients during Saturday and Sunday operations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist with network connectivity, printer setup, and basic system maintenance.
- Maintain accurate logs of all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and data security measures are followed during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to hand over ongoing tickets.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of IT equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for on-site support).
- Ability to obtain a background check and pass a drug screen.
