Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Manage and maintain server systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and virtual environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical incidents
- Deploy and configure new IT assets across multiple office locations
- Monitor system health using monitoring tools like Nagios or SolarWinds
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize critical incidents
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
