Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers with account setup, software installations, and system configurations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation environment to ensure efficiency.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Respond to incoming support tickets via phone and email promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification (A+, Network+) is a plus.
- Proven experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer are required for remote support tasks.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
