Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health and perform routine system backups and maintenance tasks.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues efficiently via remote access tools.
- Ensure network security and access protocols are maintained strictly during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to escalate and document complex technical issues.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong customer service skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
