Responsibilities
- Execute routine system backups, patch management, and security updates during off-hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal users.
- Monitor server health, network infrastructure, and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Provide tier-2 technical support and customer service during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business applications and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
