Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and software (Windows, Office 365) issues efficiently.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, software updates, and security patching during off-hours.
- Manage and assist with network connectivity issues in the office environment.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the network administrator to ensure seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software conflicts.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for hardware setups.
