Responsibilities
- Set up AV equipment and tech infrastructure for weekend events
- Troubleshoot technical issues during conferences and product demos
- Coordinate with event teams to ensure seamless tech operations
- Manage registration systems and attendee check-in tech
- Provide real-time tech support to speakers and vendors
- Document post-event tech reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of event tech or AV support experience
- Proficiency with AV systems (sound, lighting, projectors)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for common tech failures
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic networking knowledge (WiFi setup, IP configuration)
