- Maintain updated knowledge base articles for common weekend issues
- Support weekend inventory management for tech accessories
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled welcome)
- Basic proficiency with Windows OS and mobile devices
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 8AM-6PM shifts)
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
