Responsibilities
- Lead weekend hiking, rock climbing, and outdoor adventure groups
- Ensure participant safety and enforce adventure protocols
- Conduct equipment checks and maintain adventure gear
- Facilitate team-building activities for teen groups
- Document trip logs and participant feedback
- Collaborate with weekend staff on safety briefings
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (teen requirement)
- Available weekends only (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (training provided)
- Ability to hike 5+ miles with moderate elevation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- No prior experience necessary – training included
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation
