Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex system architectures for the Vision 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Spearhead the migration and optimization of our cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to achieve 99.99% uptime and security compliance.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Technical Roadmapping: Define technical standards, coding practices, and architectural patterns that scale with our growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
