- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum processing power.
- System Security: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and AI infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration technologies (CUDA, ROCm).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into concrete, actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
