Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to weekend visitors and corporate clients on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment for events.
- Document daily technical logs and maintain accurate records of service tickets.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment during all shifts.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform routine system checks and updates to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
