Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by end-users in a timely manner.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patches on weekends.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to escalate critical issues.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
