- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology leadership with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Experience managing R&D budgets and P&L for tech initiatives
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Ability to secure patents or industry awards for previous projects
