Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in Program Management or Strategic Planning, with a focus on long-term technology roadmaps.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar credentials are highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives and managing high-performing teams.
