Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Technology Strategy for 2026, including AI integration, Cloud migration, and cybersecurity resilience.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product roadmap.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Oversee the prioritization of the technical backlog, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
- Design transition plans for legacy systems, ensuring zero downtime during major digital transformations.
- Monitor global tech regulations and compliance standards relevant to the 2026 operating environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, IT Architecture, or Product Management.
- Proven experience in creating multi-year technology roadmaps and strategic vision documents.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies: Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence without authority.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative strategic planning.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, TOGAF, or similar) are highly preferred.
