Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision and strategic roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation AI and automation solutions.
- Oversee the architectural migration of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native environments.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to drive future innovation.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business plans.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical roadmaps on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and modern Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred.
