- Manage a multi-million dollar budget for research and development, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering and product teams.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations and 5-year strategic planning.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
