Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Law, Ethics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).

- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, neural networks, and their societal implications.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex organizational changes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into coherent strategic plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment or a Fortune 500 innovation lab.
