Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning product vision with long-term business objectives.
- Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and product teams across multiple time zones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
- R&D Integration: Identify emerging trends (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our product lines.
- Product Lifecycle: Own the full lifecycle of the Horizon Initiative, from concept to launch and scaling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming paradigms.
- Foresight: Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and leading product pivots effectively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
