- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning company goals with emerging tech trends and market demands.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Data Analytics.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive innovations and potential threats to our market position.
- Cultivate partnerships with key industry leaders, academic institutions, and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the 'Future of Work' initiative, designing organizational structures that leverage remote and hybrid capabilities.
- Present complex strategic visions to the C-Suite and Board of Directors with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.
