Responsibilities
- Architect the technological foundation and product roadmap specifically targeting the year 2026 and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Oversee the development of high-fidelity prototypes for next-generation disruptive technologies.
- Manage cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Engineering) to ensure alignment with the 2026 vision.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to predict future industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in high-level technical strategy, product development, or R&D management.
- Deep understanding of next-gen technologies, including but not limited to AI/ML, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year projects with significant budget and resource oversight.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable roadmaps.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire innovation across diverse teams.
