Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technological vision for the 2026 ecosystem, aligning IT infrastructure with business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Computing to integrate into our core product lines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee the allocation of engineering resources to maximize efficiency and drive high-impact delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members with clarity and confidence.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all futuristic architectural decisions adhere to global data privacy standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, specifically within high-growth tech environments.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformations and defining technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and emerging tech stacks.
