Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents
